Trudy grew up in South Florida where she fell in love with the ocean and all that goes with being around the water - boating, scuba diving and of course soaking up the sun. Her professional career began in the Banking Industry in Palm Beach. Her extensive experience in Banking, Mortgage Lending and Financing continues to be an asset in navigating a challenging lending market. Her career made a shift to the healthcare world. Working in the information technology world of Healthcare, Trudy exceeded client’s needs while negotiating complex, multi-million dollar technology contracts throughout the country.  She was based in Atlanta and traveled all of North Carolina servicing many of the hospitals in North Carolina.

 

Trudy transitioned into real estate in 2003 in the Atlanta area. Since then, she has been a multi-million dollar producer each year, achieving local and national recognition for her performance and leadership. Trudy has a passion for helping people find their dream home. With both buyers and sellers, Trudy provides the highest level of service. Her attention to detail and follow-up result in smooth, successful transactions. She abides by her core values of integrity, honesty, enthusiasm, loyalty and professionalism.

 

Community involvement has been important to Trudy throughout her life. She has served Kiwanis Clubs, Rotary Clubs, Chambers of Commerce, as well as on the board of her local Business Association, as well as President of the Johns Creek Business Association. 

 

Of all her accomplishments, Trudy is most proud of her family. Her son, his wife, and four grandchildren live in Raleigh. Being such a family person is what brought Trudy back to the North Carolina area permanently. She and her husband are enjoying the coastal lifestyle in the Wilmington area along with their twin Maltese fur babies, Tito and Bailey. Trudy and Bob enjoy golfing, boating, cooking, and entertaining.

 

Prior to joining Landmark Sotheby’s Realty in Wilmington, Trudy was a part of the Sotheby’s International Realty network in Atlanta, where she was consistently a top producer. Trudy is licensed in both Georgia and North Carolina and is looking forward to getting involved in the community and enjoying all that the coastal region of North Carolina has to offer.
